Beachfront holiday rental in Bergen

What a beautiful location. Perfect as a home base for enjoying hikes nearby or just relaxing on the deck. We were very happy with this cabin. It was well equipped and comfortable! Thank you Karoline!

On a good summer day, you will have to search for a more idyllic place!

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed this beautiful place. Even though its part of a bigger (beautiful!) house because it is across 2 floors the apartment feels spacious. It's very beautifully decorated and feels cosy and warm. The views across the fjord are incredible and seem to change every time you look out of the window. Aleksander and Johanne were responsive, friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant opposite is fantastic too. The only thing we missed was a comfy chair or sofa - and slippers for our little girl to wear on the wooden floor whilst she was rushing around at speed (bit slippy/splintery in a couple of places). I'm sure this wouldn't affect adults or older kids though! She LOVED the bath and bathroom! The outdoor deck area is lovely, despite a lot of rain during our stay we made use of it. There's a rowing boat you can borrow and sauna to hire too - we didn't as our daughter a bit young but would be great fun! A great place to stay in a beautiful part of Norway!

Gorgeous little home on the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had one fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant. The hot tub was also a great addition. One note, the floor is a bit noisy so keep that in mind if you have small children and don’t want to wake them by walking around. Other than that, we would stay here again. Thank you!

Great accommodation with a beautiful view from the terrace directly onto a fjord! Good location to explore Bergen and especially the landscape around it. Simple and fast communication with Benedicte!

Arne's place has the most beautiful views of the ocean and that alone makes it worth every penny! My family and I made so many precious memories.And even with such a gorgeous ocean view it is still very conveniently located near a big Kiwi supermarket. House is very cozy and well equipped in every way. 2 sets of BBQ pits, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. I will definitely recommend staying at Arne's house if you are in Bergen, to me and my family his house was the highlight of our holiday in Bergen.

Very nice house and great located on a small island. Unfortunately, a well-traveled road is very close, which only disturbs the view a bit. The equipment is good and practical. The house has a great atmosphere where you would like to stay. All in all, however, a very special place to relax and a fantastic holiday.

It does not have easy access because you have to walk from the parking, but the instructions were very clear with photos of everything. It was so easy to access like this. Everything is clean and complies with everything it advertises. Responds quickly. Beautiful place!

Our family had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The property and surroundings offered amazing views and was extremely quiet and peaceful. The property was perfectly located for our family to enjoy the tranquility of the location as well as close enough to the city for activities. Ole Petter was a wonderful host, always responsive to any questions we had and more than happy to provide recommendations to help us enjoy our stay.

We had a really relaxing stay at the cabin with the nicest view :) Marius was very precise and detailed in his descriptions and always open for any questions - in total great communication. An amazing opportunity if you are around Bergen to spend a rainy fall weekend where you just want to read your book while looking out the window seeing a wavy sea and colorful trees around but probably even nicer in the summer when you can dip more often into the water and spend most of the time at the balcony. Otherwise is a perfect host who is helpful and very flexible. I was allowed to use the boat and even the Hings (boat as indicated for a fee). Beautiful location for walks and (for me especially) fishing (cod, pollak, Leng, squid, scarf and even a shark).

Austevoll is a fantastic place in itself into the ocean gap. The apartment is located right next to the amenities described in the listing. Mette was a great host who showed us how to get to the right places we needed. Even though we were delayed for over 1 hour due to the wrong ferry boat, she was waiting for us. Great stay. The availability is located a few meters from the water with lovely views of the sea.

Veronica’s home was beautiful and more than described. Even with somewhat rainy weather we enjoyed her home fully. Our 5 year old daughter was ready to move in after only one day 😂 with all of the fun both inside and outside the space. The house is beautifully lived in and loved. The views and hosts were top notch.

We spent a weekend at the apartment and felt very comfortable there :) The flat was very clean, the interior very cozy and the kitchen had everything you might need. In the bedrooms the blinds make it very dark at night, which is very helpful in the summer. We also really appreciated the calm surroundings, perfect for hiking!

Our stay was very pleasant. Everything looked exactly like on the photos, the balcony with sea view is amazing. Yngvild gave great recommendations for hikes in the area. There is a supermarket just across the street. Buses to the city center run every 2-3 minutes and take no more than five minutes. So all in all, I can definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay ! The cottage was super equipped . The location was ideal whether for fishing or sitting comfortably on the pier . The hosts are super friendly and accommodating! We would have liked to spend more time there and would love to come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Miranda's apartment it was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Miranda communicated excellently and we were really comfortable and overall really enjoyed our experience. The projector was a special treat along with the Norwegian snacks that were kindly left for us. Thank you for a special stay.

Direct location on the water with huge panoramic windows - you can also look at the fjord in bad weather. Bjarne's house is great; plenty of space, equipped with everything it needs, a great kitchen, two very comfortable armchairs for a relaxed view of the water and, above all, the hot tub as a real highlight! The fact that it is quiet here was to be expected, as it is located a little outside in a peaceful holiday home settlement. Beautiful hikes through the Norwegian countryside are possible in the immediate vicinity. Bjarne was a very friendly host. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful. He immediately solved a problem with the gas grill and repaired it. We felt comfortable at Bjarne's!

Beautiful Airbnb in an outstanding location. The views from the apartment out over the fjord are incredible and the village is very peaceful. The apartment itself is clean and well kept and has everything you will need for a pleasant stay. Randy was super helpful and always quick to reply - you can tell he is very passionate about his Airbnb and his home area. Wonderful stay.

The house is equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. The location of the house convinces with extreme tranquility, as you rarely find. It is very interesting to observe the animals in their natural environment. There are two excellent hiking trails nearby that bring the beauty of Norway closer. The house and its location are just the thing for switching off. It was a wonderful time, thanks to the good weather.
