Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Studio Studler

We have been renting out Studio Studler since 2024. Studio Studler is a freestanding summer cottage behind our house with its own entrance and garden, located on the edge of the forest and close to the centre. The cottage has been completely renovated and is equipped with every comfort. The cottage has a luxurious kitchen, a cosy dining area, a lovely TV corner with a pellet heater, air conditioning and a cosy bedroom with a 160x200 bed on the first floor. The cottage has its own enclosed terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ.

Paal 14, comfortable cottage near village and dune

Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, classy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Special stay in Tiny Forrest and bulb fields

Perfect winter stay!! Incl. firewood and breakfast! Very warm and super cozy! In the middle of the bulb fields and just 15 minutes drive from the beach is this unique and romantic property called Flower Power. Outside, you can imagine yourself in a forest at the edge of the bulb fields with views of the dunes in the distance. Inside the gypsy wagon, the sanitary facilities are luxurious, as are the facilities in the yurt. It is a place to unwind, to stand out from the busy life and to enjoy being together.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Peaceful, centrally located accommodation for 2 people. Close to the sea, beach, forest and city (Alkmaar, Haarlem, Hoorn and Amsterdam). Nice cottage with private access and sliding doors, terrace with furniture. Completely equipped kitchen with oven. Wood-burning stove, corner sofa and smart TV. Fixed loft ladder to the top (loft). The standing height above is 1.30 cm! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.

Enjoy "A little sea time"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at the information desk at the park entrance.

Forest lodge with conservatory view and possibly private hot tub

At the foot of the dunes, with unobstructed views over a beautiful nature reserve, lies this charming wooden lodge on 600 m² of private land with its own entrance gate and carport. Enjoy the large indoor garden/orangery with a Mediterranean atmosphere, a pellet heater with a lounge area, a fully equipped open kitchen and (optional) use of the private hot tub. Have a BBQ on the terrace, then get into the hot tub with a view: holiday feeling guaranteed.
