Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Welcome to our new vacation home, beautifully located in Schoorl! This cottage is built for peace and privacy. Enjoy the nice spaces with the abundance of light. From the living room, you can walk into the spacious garden, exclusively for you. In the complete, stylish kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content. The bathroom is also a nice experience, with plenty of space and atmosphere. From our cottage, you can cycle to the forest, dunes or beach. But Bergen and Alkmaar are also nearby.

This romantic houseboat ADRIANA in the heart of Amsterdam is for real lovers of historic ships. Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and the Central Station. The ship has 5G internet, TV, central heating, a separate bathroom and a free parking space. You have exclusive use. Outside on the deck, you have a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

In minder dan honderd stappen zit je op je favoriete terrasje, probeer je verschillende restaurantjes uit, struin je langs de mooiste winkeltjes. Musea en het bos zijn op loopafstand. Voor zee huur je een fiets, neem je de bus of auto (10 minuten). Door de omsloten tuin achter de blauwe poort is The Nordic Surprise een oase van rust. Voel je welkom en voel je thuis.

Lovely, spacious maisonette with 2 bedrooms on the 4th floor overlooking the sea! Enough space for 6 people at only 80 m from the beach. Enjoy the wonderful sound of the sea at this beautiful location. The bunk bed is ideally not to be used by adults. Apartment is not equipped with a stair gate. Unfortunately, groups are not allowed in accordance with the house rules of the apartment complex. Please note, not suitable for disabled people due to the presence of stairs!

The Hofkamer, by the beach and dunes

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. De sfeervolle woonkamer is heerlijk licht en door de glazen pui, voorzien van zonnewering, over de volle breedte van de living kunt u de gehele dag genieten zowel binnen als buiten. Met de dubbele tuindeuren kunt u de woonkamer optimaal met het terras verbinden. Naast een grote eettafel/bar is er een royale zithoek met flatscreen TV. De luxe open keuken is volledig uitgerust met kwaliteitsapparatuur zoals een vaatwasser, oven en een koelkast.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Studio "Het Atelier" in the heart of Bergen.

Studio "Het Atelier" is located in a very quiet place in the heart of Bergen in the middle of the greenery. A cozy sunny terrace adjoins my large garden. There is no traffic here, only nature and tranquility around you. Still, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. The sea is 5 km away. The dune area is close by. You can cycle or walk for hours through the beautiful forests and dunes where wild horses and cows graze.
