Beautiful spacious accommodation for 2 people, there is also a sofa bed for possibly 4 people. Private parking in the driveway. Cozy outdoor seating, where the sun shines from the early afternoon. Quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen. One dog allowed. No smoking inside. Dogs welcome, 5 euros per person. Tourist tax 3.30 euros per person per night.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Built as a warehouse in the 16th century, it is now a very spacious ground-floor apartment right in the historic center with direct access to a little terrace on the street. It features a living room, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, and semi-separate bedroom. The apartment has its own front door. Very suitable for families. The comfortable living room features an electric fireplace in addition to central heating, creating a cosy atmosphere all year round. There is a separate second bedroom/study/dining room and an upstairs sleeping area for two guests. The bathroom is compact, well-designed and fully functional.

It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.
