On the ground floor, a main room with fitted kitchen open to living/dining room opening onto terrace and garden/barbecue, WC with washing machine. Upstairs two large bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom and WC. 2 parking spaces. Air conditioner. Wifi.

The house is in our garden and has access to an indoor swimming pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen, and less than 15 minutes from Giverny. An ideal base for exploring Paris and Normandy. Fluent in English
