Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Come, hike, feel comfortable and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel safe in our ground floor apartment, which we have renovated mindfully. We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area with forest views, just 25 minutes (19 km) from Heidelberg. Due to the southwestern location, the apartment is very sunny. Schönau is an old monastery town with a monastery complex and chicken farm on the edge of the Odenwald. Hiking trails to the Neckar Valley and the Odenwald start not far from the apartment.

The Waldheim is an Art Nouveau villa in the climatic health resort of Lindenfels overlooking the castle and the Weschnitztal and has a separate apartment for up to 6 people. The Waldheim is located directly on the Nibelungensteig hiking trail at the edge of the Schenkenberg forest. Highlights include the panoramic view, the sauna and the communal garden.
