The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. The house is well suited for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common rooms. From the first floor view is a glimpse of the sea. Here are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from a Michelin restaurant. Svanegaarden with beautiful nature.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Here at the Swanegaarden, there is beautiful nature. If you are into more nature and water, then there are plenty of options. Here you are close to the Thy National Park, which is a 7-minute drive. Close to Vorupøre, where you can swim and eat ice cream and get good food, it is only a 15-minute drive. If you like to surf, then you can go to Cold Hawaii, which is about a 20-minute drive. Shopping is a 5-minute drive to Spar in Snedsted and a 10-minute drive. Thisted is 25 minutes from here.

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

A completely unique spacious apartment of 80 square meters with 6 beds plus a baby bed. There is a TV with Netflix etc. in the living room. There is a toilet and bath in the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a house on a three-bedroom farm and was completely renovated in 2017. Sights include Thy National Park.
