Have the use of the facilities, including the Kitchen, Dining room and lounge area, With a beautiful outside space patio area, allowing outside dining and BBQ area. We are ideally located 2-3 minutes from the train station by car or 10 minute walk. Access to Wi-Fi, no pets as we have a rescue dog. we do allow smoking only outside.

Jonny's Room, Central Bedford

Our musician friend Jonathan loved to stay in this room, with its early-morning sun and Regency shutters, its peace and cosiness for a quiet read or study. So we call it Jonny's Room. (Somewhere in this room there is a Dalek Jonny left behind...) We have just restored the wooden doors opening onto the Georgian balconette, so you can step out into the Juliet balcony. (Please note this room overlooks the street, so you may hear the occasional passerby or vehicle..)

Our barn is newly renovated all on one level with a beautiful large open plan living area, for you and your family/friends to enjoy. There are 6 bedrooms all with en-suites. We are situated in our own 10 acres of rural woodland/fields for you to explore – fire pit, horses, ponies, ponds, football pitch, and a large collection of turtles. you will have your own fenced in back garden area with a large table & chairs, with sun loungers and a small grassed area.
