Great place to stay, great host. 10/10 would recommend.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

A lovely cosy place just a stone's throw from Cambridge. It's a nice space for one or two people. Very comfy bed and I am fussy! Ruth kindly suggested places to eat out which were great. check out Mohak café!

This was a real treat of a stay - we used to live here! Our first home together, over 35 years ago … obviously some changes to the home since then. I loved the relaxed comfortable vibe, and all the interesting items throughout. My husband was recalling times when he lived here with family, it was a real memory lane surprise for him. Julia was a very easy host to book with, leaving us a lovely card, flowers and treats for our anniversary stay. We didn’t venture far as only live a 20 minute walk away but can recommend the property for easy access to lots of local places to explore. Thank you Julia for making this such a lovely stay - highly recommended .

Throughout our stay the communication with Susan was first class. Immediately after booking we received detailed instructions to reach, and access, the property and also of what to expect once we got there. The Loft is situated in a quiet country setting. The Loft was superb, it was spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, a really nice touch was the Espresso coffmachine. We were able to make te andcoffee on our arrival and provided with breakfast for the next morning. The living and dining areas lwere very comfortable with modern decor. We used the free wifi and Netfix provided. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and a wonderful shower. I loved the gadgets in the house especially the touch pads on the walls which operated the temperature, lights and external door. This is easily of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

My stay at Zara's was amazing! I checked in on short notice and I felt right at home. Moz was super proactive and communicative. Moreover, he went the extra mile to offer some delicious home-cooked meals. If you're in Luton, I'd highly recommend - the place is clean, close to the town centre as well as the airport.

Beautiful canal side accommodation. Lovely selection of foods for a beautiful continental breakfast. Spotlessly clean apartment with a variety of toiletries provided. Lovely terraced garden where you can sit by the canal. Town is 15 minutes walk away. Loved our stay. Will recommend to friends and come again.

Our second stay at Sharon’s lovely home. Such a beautiful location and gorgeous home Sharon welcomes you into. Couldn’t wish for a lovelier place to stay when visiting family. Very highly recommended.

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

Super frie fly host, wery accomodating even if I had a late arrival due to a delayed plain, arriving at Julias at 0200 in the morning

we only stayed for one night but Sue was helpfull and friendly and recommended a fantastic pub for a meal which was 5* for value and quality. Felt at home.
