You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). We have the best of both worlds here - all the tranquility of the countryside with Highland Cows as our neighbours, foxes, pheasants and the occasional duck as our regular guests and ducks, geese and swans gracing our great lakeside view. Just 2 minutes from the M1, 5 minutes from Milton Keynes, 10 minutes from Woburn & 15 minutes from Bedford!

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
