Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The apartment 'Udsigten' is located just 150 meters from the sea and in the middle of the wonderful nature right up to National Park Mols Bjerge. The apartment is 60 m2 and is an independent apartment with its own entrance, as part of the private Blushøjgård Kursus- og Feriecenter. The apartment overlooks all four corners of the world. From the cozy bright glass bay window in the living room, there is a sea view and a view over the courtyard towards the viewpoint Peter Dolmens hill, the region's highest point Kalesbakke and Blushøjgård's apple orchard.

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The house has 1 large bedroom with room for 3 people. A guest room with room for 1 person. 2 children's rooms. 2 bathrooms and a large lovely garden. Toyota Aygo is available for rent at an additional cost.

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober.
