For swimming, the beaches are 30 minutes away (Carnon, Plalavas, Grande-Motte), the Gorges de l'Hérault are 45 minutes away and lakes are nearby.

Located in Sussargues in Hérault, in the heart of the vineyards and the Garrigues, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beach, in a small village with all amenities, this studio will make you travel thanks to its decoration. The studio is attached to our house where we live with our 2 children. Pleasant pool, treated with salt, out of sight. Garden and large terrace.

A private 10m² heated pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the land (no time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm, coconut, lemon, banana and olive trees. The house has a full American kitchen ( fridge, induction hob, ovens , dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine...) with a table and 4 chairs.
