Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Bienvenue dans notre villa de plein pied de 120 m2 qui se situe dans un village à proximité de sommieres. Vous disposerez d’un espace jeux (trampoline, toboggan, balançoire, cabane, table de Ping Pong), d’un barbecue, d’un espace détente, d’un grand jardin, d’une terrasse plein sud et une deuxième terrasse couverte. Cette villa dispose de 4 chambres avec climatisation gainable et deux salles de bain dont une avec baignoire.

Vous y trouverez un espace lumineux, fonctionnel et parfaitement adapté aussi bien pour un séjour touristique que professionnel ou en famille. A la limite de l'Hérault, du Gard, et des Bouches du Rhône, un emplacement parfait pour sillonner la région. Montpellier, Nîmes, Uzès, La Camargue, Sommières, les plages de Méditerranée, Carcassonne, Arles, les Cévennes, les traditions et spécialités régionales.

Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

Charming little village house in a completely quiet location, situated in a cul-de-sac with a cosy little inner garden. Fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, outdoor garden and a barbecue for grilling. 2 bedrooms, one with mezzanine and relaxation area, shower room and toilet. Our house is entrusted to La Conciergerie du Barbu, you will understand when you meet Nicolas our co-host. Don't hesitate to ask them for any information.

Located in Sussargues in Hérault, in the heart of the vineyards and the Garrigues, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beach, in a small village with all amenities, this studio will make you travel thanks to its decoration. The studio is attached to our house where we live with our 2 children. Pleasant pool, treated with salt, out of sight. Garden and large terrace.
