Welcome to Church Street, a beautiful 3 bed cottage, located in central Salcombe. Sat in an elevated position overlooking the estuary, incredible views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofa. The modern open plan living/kitchen/dining area offers a wonderfully calm space to relax with your group. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, again enjoying views from the twin and bunk rooms. The many shops and eateries in the town centre and the harbour are all within walking distance.

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, 2 on request. A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS. Any questions, please just ask
