Welcome to Church Street, a beautiful 3 bed cottage, located in central Salcombe. Sat in an elevated position overlooking the estuary, incredible views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofa. The modern open plan living/kitchen/dining area offers a wonderfully calm space to relax with your group. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, again enjoying views from the twin and bunk rooms. The many shops and eateries in the town centre and the harbour are all within walking distance.

Spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom home in beautiful Salcombe, South Devon. Tastefully refurbished and new to the market for 2025, 44 Devon Road is the perfect holiday home, centrally located within a 5 minute walk of the centre of town and all it has to offer. Arranged over 3 floors this lovely semi-detached villa provides extensive and flexible accommodation for both families and groups of friends. Private parking is an added bonus with parking for 2-3 cars (depending on size)

A bright living area features a spacious grey sectional sofa and a round glass coffee table. The high glass ceiling allows ample natural light to illuminate the space. Adjacent is a dining space with a table set for outdoor views through large windows.

At the end of a quiet and secluded private road near to the heart of Salcombe and perched at the top of private driveway, is Sunnyhill. Perkily pink, it sits serenely above the town. Surrounded by gardens and not overlooked, hugged from behind by the hill and woods above, this detached house is laid out with exceptionally light and spacious accommodation across two floors. The property has recently been given a total makeover bringing it totally up to date with modern requirements.

The open plan living area features two large leather sofas, a minimalist coffee table, and a cozy rug. A flat-screen TV is situated on a sleek console, while a potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Soft lighting creates a welcoming ambiance.

Just a 5 min.downhill walk into town centre, the modern property, accommodates up to 4. Parking for 1 car, 2 may be possible on request. It's a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. Contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & other is open plan with 2 single beds, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS.

Small shed in courtyard with beach windbreak, fishing rods, childrens crabing gear, useful for storage of Pram, outboard engine, inflatable.
