If you need a home away from home , quiet and private surrounding , this is the place to be. Clean spotless Annex and amenities/city centre within 6min drive radius. Think of anything that you could be missing on a journey this place had it tucked away from within and easy to find if you read the welcome sheet. As you ponder about where to have a quick breakfast from in a new environment, Jacqui got you sorted!! More so of a mini hotel👌 even the simple things like; sugar, cereal, milk, sauces in the fridge mattered . Thank you Jacqui , I look forward to my next visit .

Great little find! Just as described. Easily walkable to the town centre but a Tesco Express and One Stop close by. Spacious lodge with everything you could need and more. Spotlessly clean. I'll definitely go back!

The Outhouse was clean, well equipped and had the perfect outdoor area for sunset drinks! The great location was perfect to visit Hestercombe Gardens, and to be close to the location of a family wedding we were attending that weekend.
