Cozy houseboat with 2 rooms and kitchen in the trendy area of Ringön which is only one stop from Scandinavia's largest shopping mall Nordstan. The boat is under construction but the inside with the exception of some small details is both charming and fully livable. In addition, there is AppleTV As well as some TV games for rainy days. Patio with barbecue available. Party warning in the area. As it is a family boat, we take turns taking care of the rental a bit. Please be mindful to book the correct number of guests coming.
