Cottage holiday rentals in Basilicata

We had a lovely stay here – the pool is absolutely amazing, our 12-year-old spent most of his time in it! We loved our little house as well – it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Annapaola was a great host, really helpful, and so easy to get in touch with if we had any questions (Domenico was brilliant too!), and very quick to respond. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed a boat trip one day, which Annapaola recommended. The town is great fun at night, and there are supermarkets within 5-10 minutes drive. Vi tilbragte 3 fantastiske nætter i Annas fine sommerbolig med magisk pool. Anna har fra start været enormt sød, imødekommende og svaret med det samme. Vi var nok de lidt “bøvlede” gæster, som ikke kunne give præcis ankomst, bad om hjælp til at bestille bord, fik tændt forkert for strømmen efter afbrydelse og spurgte ind til om noget min datter spiste på grunden, kunne være giftigt, men Anna svarede prompte på alt og var enormt sød og hjælpsom. Anna havde også gode anbefalinger og lånte os hendes barns udstyr. Alt fungerede bare og familien elskede den flotte pool og skønne omgivelser. Vi vil meget gerne tilbage til denne skønne perle og tager nok nogle venner med, for dette sted skal opleves og deles med andre - tak for nogle gode dage.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Manuela. C'est une personne très accueillante qui reçoit dans son endroit paisible et bourré de charme. Le lieu est représentatif de ce que doit être une location Airbnb c'est à dire accueil, petites attentions qui facilitent l'arrivée, présence quotidienne et maison personnalisée, authentique. Manuella communique très bien en français : échanges constructifs. Toujours de bons conseils, Manuela sait aussi se faire discrète dans ce logement où les maisons sont collées et partagent des espaces en commun. L’emplacement est quant à lui idéale pour visiter en voiture Matera et la côte près de Bari. Nous recommande à 100% Manuela

Et meget fint og hyggeligt hus. Vi nød udsigten og de smukke omgivelser med masser af muligheder for vandreture - og vores tre børn var vilde med træhytten i skoven.

È una abitazione posizionata immediatamente sopra una spiaggetta minuta ed incantevole con acque cristalline, con una vista sul golfo di Policasto ineguagliabile ad ogni momento del giorno. La villa è accogliente, con ampi spazi sia coperti sia all’aperto, dotata di arredi molto originali che ben fan comprendere il buon gusto dei proprietari. L’abitazione è dotata di autorimessa fresca e posto auto esterno che, vista la posizione, sono un plus. Le due stanze da letto più importanti hanno in dotazione materassi comodi come quelli di casa propria ( le altre non le abbiamo utilizzate ), le dotazioni della cucina sono piuttosto complete e consentono di preparare pietanze senza difficoltà, comodo d’estate il secondo frigorifero esterno. All’esterno vi è anche una doccia molto utile per togliersi il sale al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Il giardino, che contorna la casa, è una piccola osai di pace, con ulivi, carrubi, buganvillee, cicas e …. Scoiattoli che visitano i carrubi in cerca di cibo. Ora passiamo all’host, la Sig.ra Giorgia è premurosa, estremamente cortese e gentile ma anche discreta. Ci ha dato delle indicazioni molto utili per vivere al meglio le spiagge ed i luoghi vicini alla casa e ci ha consentito di godere al meglio la vacanza, suggerendoci dove fare acquisti alimentari, dove poter gustare un ottima cena e via discorrendo. In sintesi la vacanza è stata favolosa, il mare e le spiagge del circondario sono meravilgiose e l’accoglienza difficilmente eguagliabile grazie ancora Giorgia Lau e Bro e la piccola cockerina Sofy

La struttura è immersa nella natura, nel verde, lontana da strade e caos di città. Il posto ideale per chi fugge dallo stress cittadino e cerca posti tranquilli. E anche fresco per chi come noi fuggiva dalle caldo torrido di agosto. Antonio e il fratello sono stati cordialissimi molto gentili e disponibili. Host raccomandato al 100%... noi ci ritorneremo.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons grandement apprécié le jardin et la piscine. La maison était très propre, située à proximité de nombreux lieux à visiter. Merci pour le superbe panier d'accueil. Valeria a répondu très rapidement à tous nos messages.

È stato davvero un piacere essere ospiti di Vincenzo, la casa immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sul castel del monte, tutto era pulito e confortevole, Vincenzo è un host estremamente gentile e disponibile, molto simpatico e ci ha messo da subito a nostro agio. Grazie Vincenzo!

Ottima amichevole accoglienza da parte di Rosa e Giovanni che hanno fornito le necessarie indicazioni per rendere gradevole il nostro soggiorno. Posizione ideale anche per chi come noi ha percorso il bellissimo Cammino Materano, purtroppo deturpato dai numerosi rifiuti abbandonati. Sentiero, ciclovia e fermate autobus vicinissimi. L'unità risponde alla descrizione, il giardino è ben curato e gli angoli esterni, numerosi, sono confortevoli e ben attrezzati. Peccato non aver potuto utilizzare la notevole piscina che, come indicato, viene aperta dal mese di giugno. Ampio posto auto nella proprietà. Da tornarci.
