The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

The apartment includes: Living room and kitchen, all room with dining area and sofa area. Office with sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed. New bathroom. The apartment has a balcony with a barbecue and from the bedroom there is access to a smaller roof terrace. Carport with room for 2 cars and 3 parking spaces. There are also 2 kayaks that can be used for sailing on the fjord.

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!
