Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes towards Schilkssee/Strande or directly to the city/main train station. Washing machine and dryer are available in the separate basement.

The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet and TV are available! A washing machine is in the basement.
