A simply wonderful stay! The house has conquered us from the first moment: attention to detail, bright and immersed in an enchanting setting. As a couple, we loved the pool, the tranquility of the place, the strategic location and the general atmosphere, very special. Maria and her team were friendly, present and super welcoming. A corner of paradise we really hope to come back to. Away from the chaos but connected with everything. Impeccable experience, we highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in Marga's house. It is built in a typical way narrow in series, so the bedrooms have no windows, you should know that. The house is flooded with light from above, but due to the openness it is also very clairaudient. This did not bother us (2 people). We slept very well in the beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom are very well equipped. The roof terrace could be furnished a little more lovingly, for example, and the furniture of the terrace is unfortunately not quite as cozy. But thank you for the barbecue provided! We also loved the location in Telde, you could also do something without a car on site, supermarkets are within walking distance. When we were traveling by car, we always found a parking spot in the street in the evening. Marta is a very nice host and we would definitely recommend the house and book again.

We are very comfortable in the house. It is set apart from the urban core and in full contact with nature. The house is energy self-sufficient. It's very pretty, just as it appears in the photos of the ad. It gives you a lot of peace of mind. Sunrises from bed are amazing. On the farm, there was a hen with her chicks that came to the door of the house. On the day of arrival, there was a bottle of wine for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the place! There is everything we needed as two adults. The amenities are really great, with a very good eye for detail. We had an issue with the water flush of the toilet. The host has set everything in motion to quickly resolve the issue. The apartment is located in a quiet authentic neighborhood, surrounded by natural sounds of life such as birds chirping, dog barking and every now and then passing cars, which we never found disturbing. The mattress in the double bed is very comfortable. Festive and pleasant. We explored almost the entire island by car from Telde. We got everywhere well from here. We felt very, very comfortable!

I enjoyed a month long workation with family and guests. Proximity to the city center, shops and the historical quarter makes it easy place to recommend. Underground parking is a plus in the busy area. The kitchen is very well equipped. Anna Maria responded to my request for a standard cloths dryer within hours (you may prefer the built-in machine dryer due to lack of balcony). As of Feb 2025 there is construction on the next plot and I estimate it will last for many months still. Some days are noisy between 8-16 - not a problem for vacation, something to consider if planning to work from home. BTW. Fiber internet connection is great for all use - 300/100 Mbit, low latency, good WiFi coverage in the whole appt.
