The hostess Rita gave us a good orientation about the house and what it had, if we had to bring something, she responded quickly, her mother lives next door but at no time did this interfere with our stay. A Mrs. Ana very attentive, her employee, very friendly, great environment, cozy, we felt at home, everything was very clean, the beach is wonderful, for those who like quieter sea, quiet bathing room, we had the habit of going to Matinhos for many years, but we have already decided that our beach destination will be Itapoá-SC.

Our stay was excellent. The house has great materials and objects that made it a lot easier. Our contact with Anna was excellent, clearing up doubts clearly and helping us in emergencies. We will definitely be coming back.

Senscional defines the stay well. Spacious bathrooms, air-conditioned rooms (3) and a kitchen equipped with everything we need. The outdoor granite table in front of the pool brought charm to meals. The pool is outstanding: large, heated and with good depth (about 1.60 m). Even the dogs took advantage! Viviane was impeccable from the first contact: attentive, quick in response and flexible when possible. The best host we've ever had, without a doubt. Nor do we miss going to the beach, as the place offered us exactly what we were looking for: tranquility, comfort and a great place to relax. Let's go back, but for sure!!!

This was a really amazing experience. The view and the sound of the sea are the highlights of the place. The apartment is well organized and the kitchen is well equipped. We went in a low season, so the building and the beach were very quiet. Communication with the host was very smooth and agile as well. The internet works very well in the room for work and meetings. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore haha We will definitely come back more often.
