We have nothing but praise for our stay in Caiobá in this apartment, which in addition to being extremely organized and clean, everything is very new and tasteful. We are immensely grateful for the affection in welcoming us in a special and cosy way. We hope to return as soon as possible and will always try to give priority to this wonderful apartment!

This was a really amazing experience. The view and the sound of the sea are the highlights of the place. The apartment is well organized and the kitchen is well equipped. We went in a low season, so the building and the beach were very quiet. Communication with the host was very smooth and agile as well. The internet works very well in the room for work and meetings. We'll definitely be back!

It was one of the best experiences we've had in accommodation. Fernanda and her parents welcomed us as if we were family. We arrived and found the house smelling of cleanliness and the wood stove already lit (I had commented to Fernanda that this was one of my mother's passions: cooking on the wood stove and they were very helpful and had already done the work)! We don't have to worry about anything, because the house is super complete. Complete bedding, plenty of blankets available since we went in the very cold period, cleaning supplies also available, extra mattress, etc. We will definitely go back.

Very nice place,super private,house with privileged view,we love to spend some family nights, sarita a great attentive and polite host. We enjoy every space in the house ,we saw the sunrise ,the moonlight at night And a detail the house was clean and smelling we will return with family for sure ,super indico !

The accommodation was very much as we expected. The hosts were polite and helpful and the space was very nice. It is a very beautiful house, well equipped for short stays, in a beautiful property with a view of the bay. The hosts live right there, in front of the bnb, and have two dogs and a very friendly cat. The location met our expectations, which was a place of peace and tranquility. It is a fishing village, with many locals, so it's like being in a little town inland. For those looking for different beaches, restaurants, nightlife, etc., it is not a good option. As our case was the opposite, we liked it a lot. The only points of the location are that the access is not so simple and that there are no beaches that are good for bathing nearby. The vibe is more to stay on the waterfront looking at the scenery. Knowing these points, I recommend the stay.

Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!

The Hosts were kind and thoughtful. The Location of the apartment is excellent, with a beautiful sea view. The Condominium is safe and has several areas for leisure. Great place to go with your family.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore haha We will definitely come back more often.

The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
