Sea front house.. feet in the sand

The view is indescribable – it's like a dream waking up and having breakfast with a view of the ocean. We offer great Wi-Fi, a SmartTV, an excellent barbecue area, and a large garden to enjoy. The townhouse has been recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 1 en-suite bedroom with air conditioning, 1 additional bedroom, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms have a ceiling fan and are dark for a good night's sleep!

This is the Itapoá beach house you are looking for to spend several days with your family. It's designed for the comfort of our guests. No concrete tables and benches, all is done with great affection. Excellent location: the house is near the sea (300 meters), near markets, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream and convenience. Quiet place.
