It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

The SWIMMING POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet. FROM JAN.
