It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It is located in the back of my house, has divisive gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Warn about check-in after 9pm, as they will be evaluated.

Beautiful house with swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, masonry swimming pool treated with salt that does not harm hair and skin, which is the best in the segment, air-conditioning in all indoor environments, fully furnished, parking for 3 cars, washing machine, beer maker, outdoor bathroom for use of the swimming pool and barbecue area, 1-position beach chairs, umbrella and cart for transport, iron, dryer... Very charming house in high-end condominium, two blocks from the beach. Atami Sul Association. Covered outdoor area with dining table and sofa. Churrasqueira. Chuveirão. A lot of natural light on the inside. Living room with integrated kitchen, TV, and wifi. 2 bedrooms, the first with air conditioning, a double bed and a single bed, and the second with a fan, a bunk bed and a desk. 1 bathroom inside the house and another next to the barbecue. Muskett netting. Beautiful garden.
