Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

The villa is located at the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the harbor worth seeing. Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)
