Our neighborhood is known for being a very respectful place for nature and people. A few blocks from warehouses and grocery stores. We're very close to Lake Gutierrez, trails, forests, and a waterfall. We built our house with a lot of love and created a special place where all our guests feel at home

Comfortable house with indoor grill, fully equipped for 5 people (including dishes, number of chairs and towel/bed linen) Main room upstairs with a double bed and single bed. Spectacular panoramic view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and Cerro Otto. It features a very comfortable double armchair in the downstairs living room. In winter the house is very hot, it is heated by radiators with thermostat.
