Guests are invited to take in the views through the huge triple aspect window as the sun rises over the Patagonian steppe and sets over the Andes.

Half a block from the civic center, in front of the waterfront, one block from the main avenue. The apartment has a spectacular view. The spectacular lake view offers a great plus to the beautiful apartment that is located within a gated community with shops around the complex within a 1 km radius. It is accessed via Bariloche's main avenue and another parallel street that connects with the main tourist spots. Please note that the complex has an outdoor heated pool but it is closed every Monday of the year.
