Despite being just a few minutes walk from the centre and conveniently located on the main lake-side avenue, the apartment is quiet, peaceful and completely secluded. Guests are invited to take in the views through the huge triple aspect window as the sun rises over the Patagonian steppe and sets over the Andes.

Great Views & Central Location, SuperHost

Top floor apartment with an amazing view of the lake and the Andes from the living room and bedroom. The apartment also has a rooftop terrace with incredible views. Located in downtown Bariloche, walking distance to everything. (Yes, the views in the photos are from the apartment.) I have been an AirBnb Host for 10 years for other apartments. Significant DISCOUNT on stays of 20 days or more! Apartment in a quiet yet central area, with an excellent view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. Very bright. The balcony is another space to enjoy the view and the outdoors, with chairs and a table. One block from supermarkets, a laundromat and a pharmacy, and close to restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries and shops. Ideal for relaxing and working from home. Very good, fast internet connection and a desk in the room for greater privacy.

The spectacular lake view offers a great plus to the beautiful apartment that is located within a gated community with shops around the complex within a 1 km radius. It is accessed via Bariloche's main avenue and another parallel street that connects with the main tourist spots. Please note that the complex has an outdoor heated pool but it is closed every Monday of the year.
