For 2 people, it's 800 meters from the Civic Center, in an ideal setting for rest and very close to downtown and bus lines, with lots of greenery around. It is a fully equipped studio with a large, low, tatami-style bed, THE ONLY ONE THERE IS, bed linens, towels, good broadband internet, and a beautiful deck-terrace for reading or having breakfast. It has a microwave, a stove for cooking, and a refrigerator. There are pets on the property. Stairs at the entrance.

The kitchen features natural wood finishes and is equipped with essential amenities. A stainless steel sink, gas stove, and small refrigerator are visible. There is a small forest with native flora, and it's walk-distance from National Park and Refugio Frey trail, while just a few minutes from Cerro Catedral Ski resort. Perfect for mountain-sports lovers: rock-climbing, trekking, kayaking, etc. There is a small library. Also, a BBQ spot shared with main house.
