Perfect for mountain-sports lovers: rock-climbing, trekking, kayaking, etc. There is a small library. Also, a BBQ spot shared with main house.

Located 3 km from the center of Bariloche. On the upper floor is the bathroom and two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and another without privacy with two twin beds. On the ground floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen. Equipped with full crockery, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It has heating, wifi and smart TV with satellite signal. It is accessed by a dirt climb, not recommended for people with limited mobility. The bus stop is 100 metres away.
