La cocina tiene una heladera bajo mesada, horno eléctrico con dos hornallas, tostadora y calentador de agua.

Las casitas están completamente equipadas y hay estacionamiento disponible en la entrada . El Barrio cuenta con un portón de segurigad y la calle es sin salida . El barrio es muy tranquilo, residencial, hay una pequeña plaza a media cuadra. Cuenta con todos los servicios básicos para una cómoda estadía. Hay un amplio espacio donde estacionar.
