LED TVs with Netflix, Amazon etc in each bedroom along with a 75" Samsung TV in living room and a 75" Samsung TV on rooftop terrace. High speed internet with router on each floor for complete coverage. Rooftop terrace equipped with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, grill, covered bar and half bath.

It overlooks the shared garden where two dogs live, and a rescued pony horse that will captivate you with its mere presence. It is equipped with fine finishes: radiant slab, king bed, en-suite bathroom, hydromassage for 2 people, minibar, full kitchen and a unique natural environment that will allow you to rest surrounded by nature.

Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from everything, on top of a hill on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam with incredible views of the lake and the Cordón del Plata. Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.

The wooden deck is the perfect place to enjoy a magnificent patagonian sunset. THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR BABIES/CHILDREN AT THE INTERIOR STAIRS AND BOTH EXTERIOR DECKS.
