The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and 15000m² garden and courtyard complex. Both flats have separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but not accessible by public transportation. There is no wifi! However, a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum 2 people!No pets allowed

In 20 minutes walk you are at the most beautiful swimming spots Schwerins: at Reppin or Zippendorfer Strand. The bus stop /highway exit Schwerin is about 10 minutes away.
