The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Surrey Hills Forge

This 1855 Blacksmith's Forge is newly converted especially for guests to enjoy the Outstanding Natural Beauty of the Surrey Hills (AONB) This self-contained Studio affords Luxury & Comfort, with freedom to come & go as you please. The Forge is part of the main property accessed through the garden, it does not have a separate driveway. You'll be enjoying a private garden location. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Adjacent to but detached from our elegant Victorian family home, this bright and stylish space is tranquil and self contained and enjoys additional benefits of a private south facing patio garden and dedicated off street parking space.

The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
