Holiday rentals with a patio in Banilad

ホストはとてもレスポンスが早く助かりました。バスルームのシャワーからお湯が出なくなった時もすぐに対応してくれました。 また、ベットのマットレスはとても寝心地がよいです。同じコンドミニアムの他の部屋もいくつか見ましたが、ここまでデザイナーがしっかりデザインして収納なども工夫されている部屋は他にありませんでした。

這個住宿地點真的非常令人感到安全安心跟舒適，只不過只有提供一把鑰匙，多人如果要分開行動會比較麻煩，但後來也提供櫃檯寄放的服務非常貼心，房東夫妻倆讓人有種回到家的感覺。

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Nice studio. Comfortable. Very nice view, day and night. 17th floor. Building is nice and well kept. Small mall with super market and atms almost across the street.

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

We were in Cebu / Lapu2x for the week, Dana's place was comfortably located near my son's football training camp in the vicinity. Instantly the house felt like home. The 2nd bedroom with an office table setup was perfect - had a full day virtual meet & productive focused work. Dana was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the place for families.

Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft, die ihrem Preis gerecht wurde. Eher ruhige Lage der Unterkunft. Die Straße an der die Bali Residence anlehnt, bietet street- good und einige kleine dörfliche Geschäfte. Bis zu den ersten größeren Läden, sowie auch mäßig bis guten stränden und städtisch ähnlichen Gebieten sind es mit dem Grab oder Tricycle weniger Minuten Fahrtzeit. Appartment in einem hygienisch guten Zustand. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin immer freundlich und zügig.

The unit is what they described and showed in the photos. it's surprisingly immaculate and the view outside the balcony is a bonus when you wake up in the morning. Great location and a lot of accessible restaurants, fast foods and Robinson supermarket is just next to the building. All the host are all very helpful and responsive with my queries. It was a last minute booking for us and luckily the unit is available the next day with no issue at all. Highly recommended when you visit Cebu for a couple of days or even a week.

Had a peaceful stay at Stephen’s place. Convenient location.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

It's hard to imagine a more responsive, helpful, and friendly host than Viera. She was always available to respond to questions, offer suggestions, including places to visit during my stay, and was open to receiving my own suggestions. She's simply a great host. Her place was very comfortable, exactly as described, and in a very upscale building. I felt very much at home there and it offered all the amenities I needed and wanted. And the kitchen is very well equipped, which made my stay easier as well. The neighborhood is one of the more upscale ones in Cebu and has lots of restaurants and cafes, convenience stores, and a supermarket in a big shopping mall. It's only five minutes walk, if you go in the right direction, which I didn't the first time I looked for it. Be sure to get good directions if you're in doubt! There also are street food offerings nearby. And, I discovered, a direct bus from and to the airport for PHP 50. I highly recommend Viera's place for anyone going to Cebu!

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x
