We had an amazing stay, the unit was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The place was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi was fast and very very reliable. Plus fantastic location its in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and public transportation. Will def come back

10/10 location, right behind country mall and walking distance to my favorite coffee shop, Tightrope. Using the keypad at first was tricky but picked it up fast—had to tap the top black fingerprint button once, then proceed to enter the passcode after it says “fingerprint error”. As mentioned in the listing description, no bathroom toiletries are provided so I only had to buy hand soap at the nearby 7/11 (2 minute walk away, very convenient), as I had brought my own bath soap. Bed was very comfortable, AC cools down the room fast. Great place for the price, you get what you pay for.

I had a great 3-night stay at Median Condo. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, cafes, and malls. The check-in was smooth and communication with the host (Ms. Mae) was easy & helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Cebu City!

This place is great! This unit is great to relax or even work while relaxing because they have a table facing the view outside which I really enjoyed. I would love to book this unit again.

Marisol is very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our stay in their place. It's private and it had everything we needed. Kitchen has complete stuff that we needed. Wifi is fast and we were able to work. TV is big enough to watch Netflix whether you are on the bed, sala or kitchen area. We liked that there is ample space for working and that it has a water dispenser. You'll just need to buy the stuff you need in cooking but everything is there already. Thank you again Marisol for accommodating us! 🥰

The place overall is perfect. Everything is so perfect for me. Siguro kuwang lng jud nmo is private car or motor para maka lakaw sa laen na destination na duol. Though naay jeepneys, but the place is all worth the pay. The pool is awesomeeee together with the view gyud sa gabie. Will book again soon 🧡

This place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in,. Such a well fitted condo, had everything it stated and more, lots of extras other places just don’t have. Really well thought out condo, the swimming pool is fantastic with pool side cafe, a 7/11 just 2 mins walk, taxis easy, and a nice Buffett breakfast available at hotel on roof deck with 360 views of Cebu. Marcley’s communication was excellent, and I made a couple of late changes to my stay dates and he was very helpful, thank you,. A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
