We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Annie’s cottage in the Cotswolds! The place was cosy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches—board games, books, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for a breakfast. Annie was a fantastic host—super helpful, responsive, and kind. She gave great recommendations for local pubs and walking trails. The backyard lawn was beautifully maintained, with tables and chairs dotted around the compound, perfect for meals or a picnic. It was a peaceful, relaxing retreat and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming stay in the Cotswolds!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

Very clean and comfortable. Peaceful environment and the host is fantastic and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Bev is a top class host. Her hospitality was second to none, always available to get me anything I may have needed during my week stay. The annex is in a lovely quiet location with basically everything you can need. If you want a nice quiet place to call home whilst you’re visiting Banbury or near, I’d recommend it!
