Jo and Gerry were such wonderful hosts, we had a lovely time at the annex with our baby son and they made us feel right at home. The annex was so fresh and clean it was almost as though we were the first guests, and it had all the amenities we could need. Our son especially enjoyed feeding the ducks and the beautiful grounds! Thank you for having us!

Second time staying - perfect location for NEC - quiet and clean

Check in was very easy with the key safe located by the gate, and Karl gave clear and precise instructions on how to enter. Accommodation is very quiet, and peaceful with a nice little yard area with a table to eat outside if the weather is nice (which I did!) After a long day Karl’s place was very comfortable, and the bed was even better - top marks Train station and local shops are very close by and within easy walking distance. A great stay, I thoroughly enjoyed it
