Annex to Sunshine Lake Samsø

Our annex consists of bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom with soda. There is a double bed, dining area, and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and stove. (No hob) Free coffee/tea is available. There is a terrace door next to a private tiled terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Car/bicycles can be parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is located 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several restaurants nearby. The annex is adjacent to a green area.

The hunting lodge

Small idyllic cottage with room for two overnight guests. There is a double bed, fridge, induction hot plate, access to water and toilet. Just outside the house there is a private tile terrace overlooking the natural plot with sheep. Please note there is no bathroom. Approx. 50 m to toilet The cabin is not heated, but it is insulated. There is no wi fi in the cabin Duvets and linens can be rented for DKK 150 per set - Please write a message if you/you wish and you can pay the fee upon arrival.

Enjoy the silence, wildlife, and beautiful scenery

We have a unique location all to ourselves and only 2km to Ballen and Tranebjerg. In 2022, the old potato room has made in 2022 a lovely 55m2 holiday apartment with a cozy living room , a few good rooms, spacious bathroom and a small tea kitchen for light cooking in the combi-oven or on the two induction squares, in addition it contains a small fridge without freezer The apartment has its own entrance, as well as a large outdoor area where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the evening sun☀️🌸👌

Kærbakkens B&B

We live in a lovely little village with a cozy street pond, good neighbors and good togetherness. We have 2 km. to water, 5 km to Tranebjerg and 7 km. to Ballen with lovely beach and marina. On the farm lives Hanne & Jørgen and Claus & Winnie (and Fie and Buddy!). Newly renovated apartment of approx. 60 m2 with private bathroom King size bed in separate bedroom. Possibility of bedding. Possibility to sit outside. Private kitchen with possibility to cook. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Newly built cottage in lovely Ballen

Located close to the water and the lovely harbor in the ball :) Samsø is a great place to enjoy nature in the most beautiful way, completely relax and enjoy life. There are 3 rooms. 2 rooms with double bed and a room with bunk bed and baby bed The summerhouse is optimal for 4 adults + 2 children , but you can be 5 adults. If you want :) We really want our guests to talk and understand Danish - as we have had some communication problems with previous guests - who didn't know Danish.

Located on the north end of Ballen, the cottage offers a serene atmosphere overlooking open fields where you can often spot deer, hares and pheasants. The cottage is just a short walk or bike ride from the sea, so you can easily enjoy both the tranquility of nature and the freshness of the coast.

Holmegaard - 1. sal Nord

Fantastisk beliggende gårdlejlighed. På toppen af en bakke med fantastisk havudsigt ligger Holmegaard. Gården er opdelt i separate lejligheder, med fælles køkken og spisestue. Lejligheden består af soveværelse, egen stue og badeværelse. Gården er nyistandsat, dog hvor den oprindelige gårdfornemmelse er bevaret. Gården ligger i udkanten af Ballen, 10 minutters gang fra butikker, restauranter mv., men ligger alligevel fuldstændig uforstyrret for andre naboer.

Bright and cozy townhouse. With secluded garden right in the middle of the island - perfect for cycling holidays. All the delights of the island are within reach. The house is on three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, toilet and two living rooms, one of which has access to the garden. On the first floor are two double bedrooms. In the old laundry room you will find a functional shower with plenty of space.
