Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Balearic Islands

Francesca è molto disponibile, simpatica e alla mano. Ha sapientemente ristrutturato la casa ereditata dai nonni rendendola confortevole e accogliente. Gli spazi sono ampi, soprattutto quelli della dependance. La posizione è strategica: è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dal porto ed è collocata vicino a un supermercato ben rifornito. Il patio sul retro è attrezzato con un ampio tavolo e può comodamente ospitare motorini o un'auto. Consigliata.

We had a short break in Palma and Miguel’s apartment was a real haven of peace and quiet within a busy city where everything was just a short walk or bus ride away. The shared garden was just the best place to have a swim, sunbathe, with many areas to disperse guests. Even lemon and lime trees growing there. Miguel and his wife were gracious, polite and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Manuela was great and helped us out with everything at Richard’s place, had a great time!

The villa is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Beach is 50m away and the pool is like in the pictures. Very recommended for a group trip. Yo can also store bikes easily in the house like we did.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 11 Nächten in diesem schönen Haus – perfekt für unsere Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern! Das Haus und das großzügige Grundstück sind genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt – ruhig, grün und mit einem tollen Pool, der uns täglich große Freude bereitet hat. Die Lage ist super: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Mit Auto ist man schnell in den schönen Städten Pollenca und Alcudia sowie am Meer und in den Bergen. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlicht, aber absolut ausreichend – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Kommunikation mit Gabor: jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Defekt wurde umgehend behoben – besser geht’s nicht! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. 5 Sterne!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig und es hat einen sehr gemütlichen Stil, so dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kirsche aus der Torte ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war toll, schnell und immer effektiv. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, aber dass hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Das Meer und diverse nette Orte sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Unser Flug ging erst um 19 Uhr und wir durften bis zu unserer Abfahrt zum Flughafen in der Finca bleiben, so dass wir einen ganz entspannten Abreisetag hatten. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

De host Carmen was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De omgeving was rustig, een huurauto kwam goed van pas. Het huisje beviel ons prima! Enige minpunt: we konden geen gebruik maken van het bad. Verder waren we tevreden!

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

This apartment ticks all the boxes. It’s well laid out and spotlessly clean. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for a rental property and the spacious balcony has wonderful sea views and lovely outdoor furniture. There are four apartments in the complex. The pool and gardens are immaculate and very tastefully maintained. The area is quiet and safe with lots of on street parking. It’s a 5 minute walk to Cala Santanyi and the beautiful town of Santanyi is a five minute drive. Pedro and his mum were very welcoming and engaging. Honestly, one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed! Thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt auf Mallorca war rundum perfekt! Die Wohnung war super ordentlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die schöne Terrasse – ein echter Wohlfühlort mit tollem Blick, der morgens wie abends ein Highlight war. Man hat sogar einen kleinen Meerblick! Auch die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch perfekt angebunden. Die Umgebung war toll! Einerseits das Meer, welches zu Fuss erreichbar ist und andererseits die kleine Shoppingsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, und wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt – alle waren unglaublich freundlich. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und konnten die Zeit einfach nur genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – vielen Dank!

Pleins de conseils donnés sur le quartier, bonnes adresses. La résidence est agréable et calme , la piscine est très propre nous l’avions pour nous seul. À 10 min à peine de cuitadella en voiture . Un grand supermarché à 5 min . Bref je conseille l’appartement est bien équipé et propre. Arrivée autonome bien pratique

Absolutely loved this stay. Its location couldn’t better if you are looking for the most relaxing, peaceful place surrounded by orange and lemon groves, a creek of water flowing, beautiful flowers and many places to walk and relax.Neil the host was super friendly and helpful. I had a cat and was easily able to drive all around to Deia, Soller and surrounding towns and then come home to a serene place. Highly recommend

Where should I start? I can't say any negative feedback, because our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment is amazing. The interior is stylish in a good way: modern and comfortable with a personal touch. I loved the endurance swimming topic of the decoration and was impressed by the story behind. The beds were comfortable, the technique (wifi, TV) did work and the kitchen was well equipped. The rooftop is absolutely stunning with a beautiful view at the coastline and the location! When it's getting hot, you'll find an outdoor shower and a sun shade. There is also plants, different outdoor furniture, lights and a barbecue, so that you have everything for a perfect evening in the sunset. What else can I say? If there is any question, Anna and Montserrat will answer quickly and absolute friendly. When Anna heard of the airport strike, which also affected us, she was very helpful. Thanks to both of you! You are wonderful women!!!

Très belle appartement, très bien placé au cœur de Palma. Je recommande!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le joli appartement de Max. Il était très propre, très pratique et proche de toutes les commodités. La terrasse sur le toit, bien aménagée, constitue un bonus appréciable. Le logement est traversant et donne sur deux rues animées (restaurants, etc.), mais le double vitrage est efficace. (Pour les voyageurs à mobilité réduite, il faut savoir que l'appartement est accessible via un escalier comportant une quinzaine de marches assez raides). Enfin, la communication avec Max s'est déroulée sans problème. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cet appartement.

Merci Jean-Philippe, les instruction étaient claires; Le logement propre et fonctionnel. Tout est bien pensé. Chaises de plage très pratiques. La proximité avec le bar et la piscine parfaite. Très beaux paysages sauvage et protégés. Nous n'avions pas loué de voiture, nous avons donc pu prendre le bus 32 (arrêt bus près du bar) qui mène à Mahon (Capitale) et Aliaor (correspondance pour ciutadella). La quartier est paisible, propre avec pas très loin une boulangerie, un tabac, un supermarché, un loueur de voiture et centre médical; La plage magnifique et eau cristaline avec un bar qui sert également des plats.

Great apartment right next to the beach and multiple restaurants. Very communicative hosts that almost instantly answered any question we had! Highly recommended!

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt und haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft und in der Nebensaison ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l’appartement de Jaume. Celui-ci est très bien équipé pour une famille (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver). La terrasse, abritée du vent, avec accès direct au parc et à la piscine est particulièrement appréciable. Les enfants pouvaient aller et venir à leur guise et se sont même fait des copines. Le quartier est calme. Le supermarché est collé à la résidence et très pratique. 2 plages sont accessibles facilement à pied. Les alentours sont magnifiques et il y a plein d’activités (Cova de s’aigua, Lithica, Ciutadella, phare Artrutx, plages du Sud, Nécropole de Cala Morell…). Enfin, Jaume est un hôte attentionné et toujours réactif. Merci beaucoup ! 😊
