Small charming natural stone house, on a plateau 400 m above the village of Calvia, southwest facing, quiet location on the edge of the nature reserve/world heritage site of the Sierra Tranmuntana. The approx. 25 m² house consists of a living/bedroom with integrated kitchenette, shower room, 3 terraces of approx. 70 m² and 800 m² garden with seating for your own use. This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
