The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance hall, connecting living room, and kitchen with a wood-burning stove, bedroom, and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim all year round while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

It contains the kitchen/living room (with dishwasher) and living room in one, bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as 3 rooms (sleeps 5), one of which has a double bed, the other a bunk bed and the third a sofa bed (148x200) with a top mattress. From the house there is a water view and a view of the Farø Bridge. There are 350 meters to the water (Badebro). There is wifi, TV and Chromecast, games for the garden and board games.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø.
