Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bailly

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nette Gastgeberin, tolle und ruhige Lage. Check-in und /-out total unkompliziert. Alles super!

Très reposant, endroit très calme et paisible, logement confortable, de très bonne qualité, tout était très propre et bien pensé, déco soignée, la cuisine était bien équipée a part une petite fuite provenant de la cafetière, nous avons préféré ne pas l’utiliser, le sauna était très appréciable , la balnéo très agréable mais étant dans la cave il y avait une odeur d’humidité. Stephane a été très accueillant, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

We had a wonderful time in Richard’s beautiful house - everyone loved the stay so much, including the kids! The house is absolutely perfect, especially for a large group who wants to spend time together but still enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended, we will try to come back next year!

The pleasure of this location began from the moment of communication with Pierre! He was very kind and immediately suggested several interesting locations and restaurants near the house, which helped us plan our trip perfectly. The house and the territory are incredibly beautiful and cozy, a large oak tree grows above the house, which creates shade and even in extreme heat it is cool in the house. We will remember the pier on the river for the rest of our lives, we do not want to leave it! Sunbathing during the day and a real fire with a glass of wine in the evening - what else do you need for happiness?)) We will definitely come back here this summer, as there are still unexplored locations and restaurants nearby! My wife and I recommend this location for a couple's vacation as well as for a group of best friends!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette chaumière dans un cadre calme et arboré propice au repos. Il est parfait pour un week-end entre amis. Il ne manque rien. La région est magnifique : jolis villages, châteaux, forêts.... Merci Viv pour ce joli endroit, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. Thank you for all the hospitality. We will be back!!!

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

Blick ins Grüne auf der einen Seite, sensationeller Blick auf Paris von der Terrasse und dazwischen eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind dank Montmartre mit den zahlreichen Treppen fitter zurück gekommen.

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

The apartment felt like home from home, very comfortable and a great location. Badr was our host, he could not do enough for us, he was very accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Badr, he also suggested places to eat, local supermarkets and was always on hand for anything we needed. A great trip to Paris.

Alexis was very helpful before arrival and quick to respond. Aubrey welcomed us and worked hard to make certain the apartment was ready upon arrival. The location was outstanding. The apartment is unique and has a lot of light and great blackout blinds, when needed. The skylight in the bedroom was extra nice. We really enjoyed the multiple balcony views looking out at the Louvre and both directions up and down Rue de Rivoli. The upstairs bedroom would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The shower was nice and spacious. At the time of our stay there was only a handheld shower, but it wasn't a problem for us. There were many restaurant options within a short distance. It was easy to catch a taxi at the nearby hotel Regina. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

En week-end entre copines, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Thanom et Fred : jardin et équipements extérieurs merveilleux, tout ce qu'il fallait sur place pour cuisiner, literies au top, nous avons enregistrée l'adresse dans nos favoris et reviendrons sans hésiter. Thanom et Fred ont été super disponibles et flexibles, merci encore à eux.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison paisible. Détente garantie avec les chants d'oiseaux et la vue sur la colline et les bosquets. Lits très confortables, super canapé, équipement complet pour bébé ou jeune enfant très appréciable. Merci

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Avons passé un formidable séjour à Kapla House. Maison très agréable, très bien conçue et aménagée, dans un écrin de verdure magnifique. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, nous ont donné beaucoup de bonnes recommandations et ont rendu notre séjour facile et très agréable. Déconnexion totale à 30mn en train de Gare de Lyon.

Très belle maison dans laquelle les 3 générations ont passé d’excellents moments . Le cadre est paisible, magnifique et magique ( mieux que sur les photos). La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée et très propre. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci Esther et Daniel.

Séjour parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 14 personnes (8 adultes et 6 enfants). La maison est vraiment spacieuse, avec plusieurs espaces de vie. Les ados ont particulièrement apprécié la salle de jeux et la salle de cinéma et les plus petits, l’aire de jeux avec balançoire/toboggan. La cuisine est très bien équipée et adaptée aux grands groupes (2 frigos, 2 lave-vaisselle). L’extérieur est tout aussi agréable : piscine chauffée mais aussi grand jardin avec plusieurs coins aménagés pour manger ou juste profiter du calme. L’accueil de notre hôte a été efficace et agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un cadre idéal pour un séjour en famille. Le lieu est très agréable et propice au repos, parfait pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons eu l’occasion de croiser Laurent, un hôte aussi sympathique que réactif. Ce fut un vrai plaisir, nous espérons avoir l’opportunité de revenir dans ce petit havre de paix !
