New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The spacious apartment is part of the atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by fantastic nature and fresh air. On the farm there are horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm has smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, football games. The apartment has three bedrooms (6 people), but the possibility of an additional 4-6 people staying on the sofa bed and in the loft. Many excursion possibilities, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing and beaches.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

The house contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
