When was the last time you watched the swallow children during their flying lessons or listened to the humming of the bumble bees in the grass? The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Our 100-year-old house with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments is located in front of the doors of Schwerin. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travellers. It is located on the 1st floor and offers a light-flooded living space with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden view.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also equipped for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha. Coupling directly on the car. The bathroom area and sauna are 50m from the main house.
