This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

My stay here has been for 4 days in which I have been able to enjoy the (beautiful) village accompanied by my dog. I was very pleasantly surprised that the house is very large and clean. It had many details that you'd better discover for yourself. It was great to feel at home!

Very nice accommodation with large terrace overlooking the sea. Super well equipped and above all very clean. We stayed there for one week at the end of July, and for sure; we will be back.

I was happy to stay in this beautiful, comfortable, nice, and cute flat. Everything is very fresh, clean and tidy. You can see the sea and promenade from the window. Restorants and cafes are just around the corner, also you can cook at the apartment. The location is very convenient. I would very recommend Yolanda's apartment.

Very nice place. The apartment is of a newer date and very high standard. Only thing that can do better was that the beds were very hard, but we survived. The location was phenomenal with 20 meters to the beach and walking distance to everything you need as well as the old town. Lovely heated pool and great pool area with bar serving quality beer and spirits.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Beautiful view from balcony and reception room, great location. Decor bright and fresh. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was something else, very high end for excellent value, this apartment will take your breath away, the views from the balcony were amazing, daily changing panoramic views. Very private settings with great security including a concierge. The indoor swimming pool overlooking the Ocean was breathtaking too. Rafal and Juan were very tentative making sure our check in was smooth as possible.

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

This was a really lovely property with magnificent views. It was very convenient to walk down to the waters edge, taking no more than five or six minutes. The walk into Denia was approximately 40 minutes. The bar and restaurant just below the Villa was very nice. The only criticism is that it is a short drive to go anywhere else, as there isn’t a shop within walking distance. That said, we had some really great days out and nothing is very far away.

I can't put any pega We had a great time as a family . The house is nice, comfortable and clean . Quiet area and glued to the beach. The great host. We will be back!

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

Amazing place to stay! We were in Joao's apartment for a few days and everything was great. The photos describe the reality perfectly and the description matches what we find upon arrival. Everything was incredibly clean and very neat and the house was taken care of to every last detail. Communication with Joao was very quick and good from the first moment. It's been a great host. Maria greeted us on arrival and fired us when we left and she was also lovely and very friendly. Joao let us in before the scheduled time, a detail that is appreciated. He also had a detail with our 2 dogs since upon arrival they had left us a feeder and drink for them. The surroundings are very nice and quiet and the beach is 5 min walk away. I can't put a single fault, I'm sure we'll repeat because it was all amazing. Thank you for all Joao!!

The apartment is spectacular, nice, clean, with all the things you could need and more... Marta is very attentive and responds very quickly. I have visited many apartments and undoubtedly the value for money of this is the best I have seen. If I come back in that area I won't hesitate to try to repeat. Many thanks guys!!!!

We really liked Cris's place! Super cute and very big. With a super terrace above it. Next to the local Restaurants market and 7’to the beach on foot. Many places to park, supermarkets, restaurants… We went with our dogs and there is a beach where they allow them to bathe nearby (next to the port). Great! A 10! Thank you; we'll be back for sure!

Very good apartment. Unbeatable views. It doesn't have air conditioning, but you don't miss it because there's a lot of air

Had a great week and fantastic views! Communication was very nice, got an immediate answer. The only downside was that we couldn't use the washing machine.

Just back from a stay at Jorge’s apartment, it’s absolutely beautiful and well located for the restaurants in the marina, the views are spectacular everywhere you look from the complex, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and homely, we would highly recommend this place as Jorge is super responsive and helpful.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Perfect and cozy little house for a couple, we have been there for 4 days and the house comes with everything you need, just like the photos. Vladi super nice and attentive, we will definitely be back.

The apartment was spacious , clean with lovely bedding and towels and it has the most amazing view. A very nice welcome package of water , teas coffees etc was appreciated as was the provision of cleaning items . Lovely to have shower gel, shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. Hosts were quick to respond to any queries . A 5 out of 5 experience 👌🏻

Great stay, lovely area, we didn’t use the pool but looked pristine. Always very quiet. It’s a pretty residential area (great for the quiet), but there is a small grocery store you can walk to and the beach is easily walkable.

Apartment was great. 5 mins walk to beach. Supermarket across the road and an aldi and Lidl within 3 mins drive. Good walkable food options
