The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Welcome to Nuria's art loft, a beautiful, very bright and newly renovated apartment, on a very quiet street in the old town of Jávea where you can enjoy walks through its peculiar network of narrow streets, white facades, Gothic windows and Tosca stone. An ideal place to find a multitude of restaurants, shops, food markets, museums... The apartment is 1.5 km from the port and La Grava beach, 2 km from Montañar beach and 3 km from Arenal.
