Townhouse holiday rentals in Badia de Xàbia

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

The stay was fantastic. The house is located in a private, beautiful and quiet development from which you see Benidorm in the background and the sea. It is an 8min drive from Benidorm, and 4min from the shopping mall area. Very well communicated. The house is excellent, clean, spacious, well equipped, the perfect garden. The only small catch is that sometimes the light went out if you had a dryer and dishwasher on for example. The owner attentive and very kind.

this accommodation is in a great location for the Show jumping tours at MET Oliva Nova, plenty of parking and easy access to the beach ⛱️

Very functional house, well located and very well-equipped. Despite some concerns at the beginning of my host's independent stay, she was very accommodating in finding solutions and that we are well. Very nice area, very pretty condominium, very quiet a haven of peace. We would recommend Gudi and her home. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent location in Javea !

Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

We really liked the house and its quiet surroundings. It has two places in the underground garage, ideal for having the fresh car. The pool we had next to it was always without people and we were able to enjoy it more. The beach is made of stones and has no agglomerations. The only thing to note is that the house has little utensils, we miss glasses, knives that will cut and the shelves of the fridge door for more storage space.

The only thing that wasn't the case was the children's high chair. We had to do without. Otherwise nice place, I can recommend.

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

Maria’s house was exactly as per the description. Very close to great bakery for coffee, supermarket and lovely Italian restaurant. The house was very modern with all necessary equipment. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay which were promptly dealt with by Maria. A great experience.

Magdalena is a very welcoming, smiling, friendly person and a person full of life… The listing matches the description and there's nothing missing, just your suitcase with your personal clothes. Available if needed, she asks if there is anything we need anything, or if she can help during our stay. Concerned about our well-being. I enjoyed my stay in Calpe is a beautiful city, lively and quiet in the residence. The beach is beautiful and the pool matches the photos too… I highly recommend this host. Everything is very correct and easy. Quiet neighborhood, no noise, parking in the interior garage of the Adosado and free parking next to the house. Very quick and accurate communication. Friendly hosts.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

Great stay! The host was super friendly and helpful, which made everything really easy. The place was very clean, comfortable, and just as described. Everything went perfectly —would definitely stay again!

Good location to disconnect for a few days and rest, close to the village but away from the massification of Semana Santa. José was attentive at all times. The pool was open even in April being a tipzo.

Four nights in this beautiful home. Clean and cosy, modern but comfortable and authentically Spanish, spotless, excellent host, great communication, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen! Can't wait to visit again. Thanks for having us.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We found it very clean and modern. The village is very quiet at night and very scenic during the day. Brilliant blackout blinds. The local shop is just a short walk away. It was a little cold at night, but the heating warms the house up quickly and the duvets are very cosy. We would definitely stay here again.
