A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This place has such incredible views. Its a fairly quiet area and private area, with a couple of beautiful callas nearby. It’s everything David listed and more!

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always willing, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

Patrick was the best host I've ever had! Although due to the traffic we arrived quite late, he was understanding and had wide availability to give us the keys. He himself showed us the whole place and explained how the air conditioning worked, the garage... The accommodation has a lot of potential for a long stay: two terraces, barbecue, washing machine, ... The location is very good, close to a pharmacy, a Mercadona and very close to the promenade on foot and well connected by road. Unbeatable experience!

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious and conveniently located apartment. It felt very safe and quiet - although we visited off season, I imagine the urbanisation can be busy in the summer months. The beaches, shops and restaurants are a short stroll away. We would love to stay again in the future

Stunning apartment, great location, very responsive hosts. Amazing way to check in & a complimentary late check out as our flight was a late one home Only feedback would be to maybe have some chairs or beds for use by the pool as there were only two. On one day there was another couple so we had to sit on the floor so went to the beach which was no issue Other than that would definitely stay again ! Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

The apartment is close to both the old town and the harbour area of Javea. It’s spacious, clean and very comfortable. The area is very quiet (in november) and it’s a few minutes walk to the sea. L’Arenal is a 20 minute walk. Harbor 10min. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all very nearby. Maria is a great host with whom communication is very easy. The only (little) thing less, is the that the balcony is situated on the east side of the building. So there is less sun in november. But this good very convenient in summer. We like to come back next year!

David's place was lovely. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We thought the apartment was better than the photos. It is very near the beach, swimming pool and playground. Lots of little extras like books and toys for kids. We would definitely return. Communication with David was great. Thank you David

Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Fabulous apartment so close to the beach yet lovely & quiet. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need on holidays. The grounds of the complex & the pool are so well maintained & so peaceful. We are a family of 4, with 2 young kids & this apartment was perfect for us! Greg was very responsive on any small issues we had & nothing was a problem! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that might be looking at it!

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Had a wonderful week in Xabia, the location is perfect for the port and the Arenal. Really nice apartment with all we needed and the pool was wonderful, for a family of four i couldn't recommend it enough. Angela helped any time we needed it but we didn't really. Arrived early and accommodated it, left early and did the same, all you can ask for!

The apartment was perfect for our needs and in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful and quiet location, the apartment is equipped and the hosts are very friendly and involved. Nothing to object to, we will certainly repeat.

Very little passing traffic - walkers or cars despite being only 200m from everything The Arenal has to offer - which is considerable.

Great stay at Villa Louisa. We had travel issues and arrived around 1am the following day instead of 10am the day we were meant to arrive. No issues checking in so late and very well communicated on how to get in the villa. Very accommodating with requests for our arrival, with heating the pool prior to arrival, Cot/high chair, towels etc. We had a great stay, very clean and everyone thought it was a top villa! Will certainly be back and using the team for future bookings.

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend
