Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Estuvimos un fin de semana en el alojamiento de Pilar. Simplemente espectacular... La casa es una autentica maravilla y te hace sentir como en casa. Está muy bien equipada, aunque si que es cierto que no dispone de lavavajillas. Pero como realmente comiamos y cenabamos fuera de casa, no lo echamos en falta. La casa está decorada con un gusto excelente... Sin ningun tipo de duda, la recomiendo para ir con amigos o en familia. Ademas, un gran detalle dejar jabon de ducha y champú ennlos dos baños. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la terraza, con sus grandes vistas al mar. La comunicación con Pilar, excelente y rápida.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La casa es preciosa, tiene todo tipo de comodidades tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones, muy completa. Esta centrica y bien comunicada. La anfitriona fue muy agradable y nos resolvio todas las dudas al instante.

We stayed here for 5 weeks with our 2 dogs. The house is very clean and comfortable, has a small private garden and a large, pretty communal garden. It was great to have a full kitchen with everything you need plus parking outside the front door. The house is 5 minutes walk to the Arenal with all of its shops, bars, restaurants and has a mini golf and karting 3 minutes walk away for families. Any questions we had were responded to positively and very quickly. We are very happy to recommend it.

El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos. Está ubicado en las montañas y es súper tranquilo, además las vistas son preciosas y es un sitio perfecto si lo que buscas es relajarte y desconectar. Víctor ha sido un anfitrión maravilloso y ha estado todo el tiempo disponible, nos ha recomendado un montón de sitio y ha sido muy atento. En definitiva, es un alojamiento que recomendaría sin dudas a todos aquellos que busquen unas vacaciones tranquilas pero con la opción de hacer planes interesantes como visitar calas o pueblos.

We had an amazing stay!! It’s a lovely house and garden where you can cool off in the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Javier is an amazing host and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!!

Nos hemos alojado tres matrimonios, con niños pequeños y todo genial. Los espacios comunes e individuales perfectos, así como la amplitud del jardín, la piscina climatizada da mucho juego, aunque en Semana Santa, los 26 grados se quedan cortos, habría que subirla un poquito. La limpieza ideal y la Villa dispone dispone de todo lo necesario en cuanto a enseres de hogar y electrodomésticos. Lo único que mejoraria es el mobiliario, ya que tanto los sofás como los colchones de matrimonio están bastante desgastados y se hunden y para nosotros el descanso es muy importante. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Casa muy bonita y bien equipada en un lugar muy tranquilo. La zona exterior con piscina es perfecta para las noches de verano. Ger ha estado muy pendiente para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar.

Apartamento con todas las comodidades en una localización muy buena. El complejo ofrece muchos extras y la piscina es increíble.

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien placée et très bien équipée. Malgré quelques soucis en début de séjour indépendant de mon hôte, celle ci a été très arrangeante pour trouver des solutions et que nous soyons bien. Zone très agréable, copropriété très jolie, très calme un havre de paix. Nous recommandons Gudi et son logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. ¡Patrick ha sido el mejor anfitrión que he tenido nunca! Pese a que por el tráfico llegamos bastante tarde, fue comprensivo y tuvo disponibilidad amplia para darnos las llaves. Él mismo nos mostró todo el alojamiento y nos explicó cómo funcionaba el aire acondicionado, el garaje... El alojamiento tiene mucho potencial para una estancia larga: dos terrazas, barbacoa, lavadora, ... La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de una farmacia, un Mercadona y muy cerca del paseo marítimo a pie y bien conectado por carretera. ¡Experiencia inmejorable!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Had a wonderful week in Xabia, the location is perfect for the port and the Arenal. Really nice apartment with all we needed and the pool was wonderful, for a family of four i couldn't recommend it enough. Angela helped any time we needed it but we didn't really. Arrived early and accommodated it, left early and did the same, all you can ask for!

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We also loved that the house had everything we needed, very well equipped. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Super fijn verblijf, op loopafstand van het strand (zandstrand), winkeltjes en restaurants. Daarnaast ben je tussen de 10 - 20 minuten rijden kom je bij een divers aantal andere prachtige stranden en leuke plaatsjes. Een aanrader!

Ik heb het appartement voor de tweede keer geboekt en er komt zeker een derde keer. Het is schoon. Ligt op loopafstand van de boulevard. En je kijkt op het zwembad

The apartment is excellent—spacious, beautifully renovated, with all-new furniture and kitchen appliances. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Arenal. Maximo is a great host, accommodating and reliable with communications. Highly recommended!

A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!
